Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts Jody Smith, 44, who has a Warrant to Arrest and is wanted by Police.

Smith is thought to be in the Tairawhiti area and it is believed he has connections in Northland and Bay of Plenty.

Anyone with information is urged not to approach him and instead call 111 immediately and quote file number 230725/6283.
