Mahurangi Wastebusters have been collecting ingredients from around the area over the last months and turning them into rich compost that is finally ready for sale at the Lawrie Road Recycling Centre.

This super food for your garden is a high-concentrate, high-quality compost made with local hops, coffee grinds, tea leaves, food scraps, fish skins, oyster shells, compostable packaging, mulch, biochar, micro-organisms, seaweed and leaves.

All this goodness is sourced from Savan's bakery, The Sawmill Brewery + Smoko Room, Matakana Village Farmers Market, Daily Organics, and Matakana Smokehouse NZ.

Pick some up from the Lawrie Road recycling centre for $16.00 per bag or $28.00 for two. And don't forget, you can drop off your food scraps for free to add to the compost.
