The total number of cases is now 868, up 71 from yesterday.
The 71 cases are made up of 49 new confirmed cases and 22 new probable cases.
There have been around 2,000 lab tests a day, with almost 30,000 tests conducted so far.
Capacity is now 5,400 tests a day, Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield says.
Bloomfield also announced that because Covid-19 was spread via the respiratory system, ambulance staff and paramedics would not perform CPR on any confirmed cases requiring resuscitation. This is based on guidelines adopted internationally.
