Refuse collection days will be changing from Puhoi to Te Hana, from today onwards.

Northland waste will now be collecting kerbside rubbish on the same day that the recycling in your area goes out. The new days will be as follows:

Monday: Omaha, Point Wells, Leigh, Whangateau and Tawharanui

Tuesday: Snells beach, Algies Bay, Mahurangi East, Sandspit, Matakana, Pakiri and Whangaripo

Wednesday: Wellsford, Dome Valley, Te Hana, and Port Albert

Thursday: Warkworth, Kaipara Flats, Mahurangi West and Puhoi

Recycling is only collected fortnightly, but regular rubbish will still be collected weekly on the updated days. Bins need to be out by 7:00 a.m. on collection days.
