This week, the Rodney Local Board have kicked-off consultation on their draft local board plan, outlining what they plan to focus on to help the community thrive, and to support recovery from COVID-19.
The plan is the board's strategic document that will guide their investment decisions for the next three years, commencing 1 July, 2021. The draft has been put together from feedback they have received to date or has been carried over from the previous plan.
This year, the local board will need to balance the social and economic impacts of COVID-19 in their decision making, but they are still keen to hear about other ideas.
