We are deeply shocked and saddened to hear about the devastating ram raids that took place overnight, targeting four of our beloved local businesses: the Four Square, Allied Gas Station, Mangawhai Books and Gifts, and Super Liquor.

The attackers caused extensive damage, smashing through walls, doors, and windows in their efforts to loot these establishments.

Today, our community stands with these businesses as they begin the difficult task of cleaning up and rebuilding.

Now, more than ever, it’s crucial to support our local businesses. Let’s come together as a community and show our resilience by continuing to shop locally and offering a helping hand wherever possible.
