Former British TV presenter Noel Edmonds has put his Matakana mansion up for sale. Edmonds used to host Deal or No Deal and Noel’s House Party and heavily involved in Radio One programming.

Noel only brought the Sharp Road estate last year but has decided to sell up. Perhaps him and his wife will move into one of the many properties they have been buying up around NZ since gaining residency in 2020. They came in under the Investor1 category, which requires $10 million of investment over three years. They reportedly have at least three properties just in Nelson.
