SH1 BRYNDERWYN HILLS - DELAYS, 12-13 JUN

Retaining wall inspection work is planned for State Highway 1 on the south side of the Brynderwyn Hills on Sunday and Monday nights, 12 & 13 June. This work will require an extended Stop/Go traffic management operation along the entire south side of the hill, from the summit to the base, from 7pm until 5am.

Delays are expected and motorists may wish to consider alternative routes on these nights. Suggested detours are northbound via SH12 and Paparoa Oakleigh Rd and southbound via Waipu, Mangawhai and Kaiwaka which may add up to 40 minutes to your journey: http://spr.ly/6181zZHa5
