Local Legends – the aptly named Team Little Goats are in the middle of a life time adventure riding Tour Aotearoa 2023. Angela Thomas, Julia Blennerhassett and Nicola Paterson set off on February 15^th, on a 3000km trip to ride the length of NZ.

With various terrain and mostly sleeping under the stars, they hope to reach Bluff in 30 days.

Along the way they would like to raise funds for their chosen charity, the Matakana Coast Trail Trust. They have used their local trail for their trainings over the last 12 months and the organisation is excitedly raising funds for the completion of the next section of the trail, Point Wells to Matakana Country Park.

Dig deep folks, the trail tracks are suitable for the whole family and for an array of activities, not just cycling. The whole community can enjoy them. For more information on the Matakana Coast Trail Trust
