Antigen tests are a quick and easy way of detecting Covid-19 through saliva and will be able to be completed at home by the user.

Results will be available almost instantly, which saves time and means no longer having to do the nasal swab test.

We surveyed local chemists in the Wellsford, Warkworth, Snells Beach and Matakana area to see when Antigen tests would be available for purchase.

All those contacted said they would have hoped to be supplying them from mid to late December but have yet to be notified where the stock can be purchased from.
