The Leigh Sawmill is a must visit when heading to the North of Auckland, especially to those who enjoy good brews, live music and delicious food.

If you’re heading up north, stop in at the restaurant & cafe for a bite to eat (we recommend the pork belly!) and a tasting paddle to wash it down. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is always vibrant, especially when there is live music to enjoy. If you’re not a huge fan of beer, there’s a range of cocktails and wine available too. Kids can run around on the grass outside and there’s plenty of room for a boogie!

Leigh Sawmill isn’t just a licensed restaurant and bar, they also offer accommodation on site which is surrounded by beautiful coastline, native bush and amazing coastal walkways.

This local spot has been home to an array of musical guests and you’d be silly to miss a Summer gig. The Leigh Sawmill has hosted bands, DJ’s, performance artists, theatre and and comedians. We had a great time when Wax Mustang visited a few years back. With such a great range of entertainment to enjoy, there is something for everyone!
