The Kaipara District Council has released their draft changes to the "Exposure District Plan" and are seeking feedback before it is put through next year. There is only a small window to be heard and give feedback which ends 16th September.
Here is the plan which includes energy, transport, infrastructure, natural hazards, zoning, subdivisions, contaminated land, open spaces, earthworks, noise and GMO's etc.
