The Government plans to introduce a farm-level levy on agricultural greenhouse gas emissions in Aotearoa New Zealand from 2025.

A farm-level levy will provide incentives for farmers and growers to take action on-farm to lower emissions.

You have until 18 November 2022 to submit feedback on the Government’s proposals.
