Back on the pumps, hands on rebuilding and offering Telephone Account Management (TAM) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services including consulting from a person that ‘walks the talk’.

 

I’m motivated it is amazing what you can achieve driving the telephone into the marketplace whether it is cleansing data (finding opportunities within an existing database that hasn’t been proactively managed) or looking for new business opportunities. However, it is a discipline.

 

Being back on the phone has motivated me and I am just as positive and proactive as I was when I started my career, building long-term relationship with customers by phone and CRM – TAM because it works. People buy from people they like. Stay connected and keep them well informed and sales evolve. It hasn’t changed.

 

I read all these sales books, but I find simple is best! If you have an existing base and know who you want to do business with and have the discipline to stay connected, it bloody well

works!!!

 

It's a solid business strategy one that build business and goodwill.
