The Matakana App

The property housing the Warehine yard in Matakana has been bought by investors only days after it went on the market.
The property is currently home to the Wharahine and Tumbleweed, both of which have leases until 2029, so development of the full site would only happen if these two businesses were willing to vacate the space early.
However, there is also space at the back of the property that could be utilised immediately.
The site is in a prime location, opposite Matakana Primary School and next to the new development where 33 new homes are being built.
Bayleys Warkworth sales agents Henry Napier and Chris Blair said the property was the last remaining undeveloped address in Matakana’s rural-urban boundary.
