Auckland Council is carrying out pest fish control at Lake Tomarata in August.

People can't swim or boat during this time as nets are in the water.

Please keep out of the lake from 15-19 August and again from 22-26 August.

The reserve is open throughout this time and so is the lake on 20-21 August as the nets will be removed over the weekend.

Signs are being placed at the lake to remind everyone.
