Warkworth Library is getting in the Christmas spirit, with plenty of festive activities planned for the month of December.

Every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. there will be free Christmas craft sessions for everybody all ages who wants to join in and get creative. You will get the chance to create advent calendars, flax stars, Christmas themed bookmarks, and plenty of Yuletide decorations. 

On Monday the 14th of December, there will be an extra special Santa story time, with some magical stories and songs. Santa himself is even planning to stop by for a visit. So. make sure those wish lists are ready to go!

On Thursday the 17th of December, Christmas traditions from around the world will be explored. This event is perfect for anyone new to Aotearoa, or even just new to the Warkworth area, as it is an opportunity to meet new people and share your own Christmas traditions. Bring a Christmas treat to share for morning tea. Children of all ages are welcome.

With the summer holidays fast approaching, Warkworth Library has plenty of activities and events happening to get the kids out of the house and keep them entertained.
