Summer Sessions is Matakana’s Favourite surf shop, with everything you need for a great day on the coast. Looking for surf lessons? Summer Sessions’ After School Surf Lessons (geared towards kids ages 7-11) runs during Term 4 and 1. During the school holidays, Summer Sessions runs Holiday Surf Programs as well. Check out our website for dates and time. Lessons for adults are also available. 

Just want to rent a surfboard or SUPs in the summer? Stop by the Summer Sessions Surf Centre Trailer located at Omaha Beach next to the surf club (on the grass by the parking lot). We rent soft tops, Red Air Inflatable SUPS, body boards and a 17ft Red Air XL Paddleboard that can fit eight people.
