Morris & James Matakana is a traditional pottery creating some of New Zealand’s only handmade large-ware pots & planters, since 1977. A range of ceramic works available, including kiwiana & interior décor, created with clay harvested on-site in Matakana.

Browse through the extensive pottery showroom, or take a factory tour at 11.30am, any day of the week.

Children's play area and licensed courtyard ‘Brick & Vines’ also on-site, so enjoy a coffee or lunch when you stop by with the family. 

Located within walking distance from the Matakana village, picnicking in the tree lined paddock is welcomed, and parking is plentiful with easy access.
