Here you will find a wonderful array of images from our W H (Harold) Marsh collection showing life in Albertland from the 1860s. More recent years are covered by local photographers Don Worsnop, Cliff Grant and others.
Our photographic collections give a wonderful glimpse into the unique Albertland settlement, providing valuable information about what daily life was like. Thousands of our images are easily accessible using our “COLLECTIONS ONLINE” database.
Over the years, our researchers have worked diligently to digitize an impressive collection from over 7000 glass plates and hundreds of rolls of negative film images. This collection grows by the day as more people get in touch with us to share and preserve their old Albertland family images. We welcome any photos you may have of Albertland that have been passed down through your family.
