Start your week right with our Tuesday Yoga Meditation Journey where we offer an hour of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath work and kirtan followed by a delicious vegetarian/vegan dinner.
Time: 6pm- 7:15pm every Monday
Location: 21 Washington Avenue in Snells Beach
Who can come? Everyone is welcome and can bring friends and kids (ours will be there). Please RSVP so we know how much food to prepare.
Cost: This is a community service and we want to offer people a healthy start to the week by relaxing the mind and stretching and nourishing the body with healthy food. You are welcome to make a Koha donation for the food ($0 - $10), but please don’t feel obliged
Evening outline
• 6pm start
• Yoga asana (simple stretches guided with the breath) – 20 minutes
• Breath work – 10 minutes
• Mindfulness – 5 minutes
• Kirtan (mantra meditation with musical instruments, feel free to bring an instrument!) – 20 minutes
• Relax, make friends and enjoy a home cooked delicious vegetarian/vegan meal
