Tai Chi is a gentle mindful discipline that brings many benefits to your physical and mental health including coordination, balance, breathing and core strength.
It unblocks and encourages the natural flow of your energy.
This course is 6 weeks long and here you will learn the first section of the 19 form of Tai Chi Chen.
Chen Style Tai Chi is the oldest and original form of Tai Chi and it is characterised for its silk reeling movements, which tend to be powerful and complex, however, the 19 form is a simplified form that was specifically designed for beginners.
The first section of the 19 form has 6 movements and each week we will learn a new one.
At the end of the course you will be introduced to the basics of Tai Chi and will be able to do all first 6 movements of the form on your own.
This course is the perfect introduction to Tai Chi.
