“A child coming to school with social and emotional dysregulated behaviour is often a result of neurological differences meaning the brain works differently to the typical

(most common) brain.

The impact of these differences can lead to emotional outbursts that adversely affect other students, the teaching staff and the child’s family.

In extreme situations, these neurological differences need to be assessed and understood, then managed with new ways of working for the student, their teachers and their family.

The Rodney Health Trust is helping schools with this challenging work achieving life changing results.”
