Last year's lantern making workshop at the festival was popular but chaotic.

We've decided not to run it this year (not enough volunteers).

Instead, we're running a lantern making workshop at the Kaiwaka Hall from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 7th June.

It's free, and materials will be provided (Remember to get yourself an LED tealight from Kaiwaka 4Square on making a gold coin donation).

That way you'll have plenty of time to get your lanterns finished ahead of the parade, and you'll be able to enjoy the fun and games on the 14th!
