Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail, created in collaboration with local winery Heron’s Flight, and treated to a sumptuous three-course banquet by Chef Cam Travan of Perfectly Imperfect.

The menu begins with grazing plates, followed by mains such as tomato-glazed beef cheek, oven-baked fish fillet, and honey-roasted mushrooms.

To finish, indulge in a specially created Gelato Station by local favourite Charlie's Gelato while listening to live music by the wonderful Lou Perkins who will be performing throughout the evening.
