BJ has curated a delightful exploration of flavours, textures and techniques, highlighting his expertise and passion for culinary excellence.

BJ has also extended an invitation to a special guest for the night; recently crowned Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef, Nick Kearney who is chef de partie at Onslow in Auckland.

Nic will add one of his award-winning dishes to the snack menu transforming some humble ingredients into a culinary innovation.

Come along and indulge in snacks followed by five courses using a harmonious blend of foraged and preserved ingredients carefully matched to a selection of the finest beef and lamb. The inclusion of Perigord truffles and Sterlet caviar will further elevate the menu to create a truly memorable dining experience.
