Super Fun evening on Skates at Mahurangi East Library!!!

All ages and all levels of skating welcome. Roller skates and blades available.

Note: Entry cost is $10 for LESSON - $10 for DISCO - $5 for Skate hire.

First we teach skills so you can skate better. Skaters opting for the lesson get 1st choice of skates. Good for all levels but more so for people who can already skate.

This 1 hour long session is tailored to both BEGINNERS to get them to intermediate levels and INTERMEDIATE skaters to get them to more advanced levels.

If you don't want the lesson, please come at 7pm.

DISCLAIMER:

in most communities, we don't run out of skates as a good number of people have their own skates these days. However at times, it gets busier than usual alongside a lower ratio of skate ownership and skates at your size may be gone by the time you come. To avoid disappointment and make the most of the lesson, either come to the lesson 1st come 1st served basis or get yourself some skates.

SKATES:

We strongly encourage people to buy their own skates for 4 good reasons:

1. Your get to know your skates and feel more comfortable.

2. You get to apply what you learn at the lesson over and over, so more improvement.

3. You avoid disappointment if you can't find skates your size.

4. You don't pay for any hire.
