Join me at the beautiful Bali Garden for a grounding and energising workshop designed especially for active humans – runners, surfers, cyclists, lifters, snowboarders, and everyday legends who want to move better, recover smarter, and keep doing what they love without burnout or injury.
This session is all about balance – the sweet spot between effort and ease, strength and softness, drive and recovery.
What’s included:
30 min Free Flow Yoga – a performance-based flow combining breath, mobility, and functional strength to support your training, build body awareness, and unlock tight areas. Think hips, hamstrings, core, and spine – all the good stuff sporty bodies need.
15 min Recovery + Mobility Chat – a relaxed, informative convo around injury prevention, sustainable performance, and how to integrate simple tools into your week to keep your body feeling good. We’ll chat foam rolling, mobility hacks, nervous system resets, and recovery rituals that actually work.
Who it’s for:
This workshop is for sporty, active humans of all levels – whether you’re training for a race, love weekend surf missions, or are just feeling tight and tired from everyday life.
