Join us on our permaculture property to learn Adobe earth building.

The Adobe bottle building is happening right here at Kaiwaka Food Forest. You are welcome to join us for two days or the whole process over two weeks. Bookings are essential. Come join us in this hands on experience with Adobe building. You're going to love getting yours hands in the mud! Crocs or gumboots are ideal footwear for easy washing.

You will learn to mix adobe and finish the current bottle house project, named The Fibonacci Cathedral. Learning inculdes structure and design, bottle cutting and making bottle bricks, mixing adobe from clay, sand, straw; then finishing with lime wash.

It's a spiral building, intensely packed with glass bottles giving it a cathedral atmosphere, for an outdoor off grid tower.
