Join us on Saturday, 21st January 2023, for another of our popular Workshops.

You will fashion a SYML-style Bottle opener from a selection of materials I have available, or bring along something you found at the beach to personalise your own.

I will show you how to smoke garlic, salt and cheese. You will make up your very own flavoured salts, the favourite of which you can also take home.

Lunch will be provided and cooked on the BBQ, where you can try out your freshly flavoured salts.
