So we made sure we have plenty of wine for this one. We hope so, anyway. Come along and get your Christmas supplies!

The wine:Sangiovese from 2023

The Cost: $16 per bottle (minimum of 6- although more is good)

Do we have new bottles in case we don't bring enough? Yes, and corks

Matthew will be making his famous paella again. And this time, on a new and much bigger paella pan- which my son, Luke, brought back from Spain last month.
