This isn't the average breathwork journey, I blend rebirthing breathwork, humour and a lot of fun to make sure you leave feeling supported, seen and grounded. Held by renowned breathwork facilitator Loren Honey.

During this 3 hour ceremony you'll learn how to do the conscious connected breathwork technique, ways to support and resource yourself throughout and a full 60 min breathwork journey with space for integration and sharing about your experience at the end, if you want to share. You'll leave with more tools to support you in your day to day life and a profound experience.

Breathwork is a tool we can use to support our autonomic nervous system and is a powerful way to both activate and unwind.
