Join our fun brain fitness programme designed to develop brain resilience and mental fitness.
Sessions are one hour long, and combine a social component, games and activities to challenge the brain.
BrainCharge is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their cognitive function.
Come and step out of your comfort zone for an hour, you will be surprised at what you can achieve!
