This class is a fantastic way to explore all that yoga has to offer at your own pace in a friendly, fun, non-competitive space.
In these classes we do simple yoga practices that help with strength, flexibility, balance, posture, calming busy minds and supporting better sleep. In order to support all aspects of ourselves, we cover all aspects of yoga, from held and flowing poses, breath practices, relaxations, meditations and mantra, with stories of India and yoga’s history and philosophy woven through each class.
Every body is welcome, newbies, beginners, those returning to yoga after a long break or injury and anyone interested in broadening their yoga experience beyond just postures.
