Come and spend the day with Claire & Frankie - a beautiful collaboration combining the medicine of Cacao and the Blue Lotus flower.

What you will receive ;

● A divine Cacao Ceremony.

● Oracle card reading and Journaling - an opportunity to give thanks to mother earth, connecting with her and in turn allowing a deeper connection with yourself.

● Guided meditations - to allow for stillness and reflection.

● Mindfulness Practices - bringing gratitude into your daily lives.

● Blue lotus flower ritual - Frankie will introduce us to the mystical Blue Lotus - sharing its ancient origins, heart-opening properties, and sacred uses. We’ll then be guided through a gentle ritual: holding the flower, breathing in its essence, and stirring our personal intentions into a warm cup of tea.

● Sound Bath Journey, with the use of drums, crystal bowls and chimes.

● Delicious lunch, morning tea and refreshments provided
